So, I thought this was a Street Fighter V variant costume, but apparently it's not. It's a mod. And then I thought it was the modded design from her Fortnite appearance. So I was wishing I had grabbed a Fortnite figure to make her. But after she was finished I was informed that this is her Final Fight Streetwise design. And what do you know, it is! So that worked out great. I had previously wanted to make her Streetwise design, but had forgotten about it by the time I got to this set. So everything inadvertently worked out!

Braids were from Valkyrie, cut and glued in place, with the hair and beret sculpted on. Feet were from a Cobra Trooper, recut to fit. Fists were from the newer BossFight blanks. Sculpted the bracers, shirt, upper torso straps, belt, pants, and pouch. Full repaint, and all done!
