I have had a Hydra Agent standing in for Bob for years on my shelf. I never managed to get hold of the head that came with the Deadpool scooter, and the new SDCC '23 exclusive looked good - but I didn't want to hassle with limited quantities, and pay probably a lot of money, really just for a Bob head (although Deadpool has the updated articulation, I'm happy with the one I already have). So I found an idea from youtube where someone chopped the lower half of the Hydra agents face out and swapped it with someone else's. I used the face that came in the jar with Howard the Duck - I think it's supposed to be Scott Land from the What If...? TV show. I had to fill some gaps and then I painted it with white eyes.
