Based off of his look from the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie, is Scorpion. I got a 12 inch gi joe body, ordered the jumpsuit from Amazon, made the tunic and belt from faux leather, made the mask and arm pads from cardboard and I also whited out the eyes to match the character. This was a fairly simple custom.
