Coolest boss in the series. And he was just a subboss originally. Debuting in the second Streets of Rage game, he is the penultimate boss. In the third game, he is demoted all the way to being your first boss. But that's a huge benefit as it allows you to unlock him immediately after beating him. Making him a playable character for the rest of the game. He's also a secret boss later in the game. He was never my favorite to play, but he was a cool boss with a cool look.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were all from Hyperion. Head was also Hyperion, with the hair and headband sculpted on. Lower torso was Wonder Man, and the lower legs were from, I believe, Thunderstrike. Heavily sanded the lower legs down. Sculpted the upper and lower legs, upper arms, gloves, full torso, and the belt. Full repaint, and all done!
