I never liked brute characters in beat em ups. I like mobility. But I liked the look of Max Thunder. And like a lot projects, once it hit me how I would make him, I kinda had to. Really never care for Skate, so mini group shot of Axel Stone, Max Thunder, and Blaze Fielding!

First Appearance Hulk is a solid starting point for this guy, but I pulled from a little bit of everything for him. But, for simplicity, Hulk with resculpted feet, sculpted elbow pads and belt would work great. Head was from the 5" Hulk, sculpted to fit, with the hair fully reculpted, as well.
