I needed a C-3PO to stand next to my Jabba, but wasn't a huge fan of the paint on the Archive series C-3PO. I tried to add some levels of depth to the paint like he has from the movies. I did a new base of gold, then added a mixture of a brown panel liner and dry brushing copper paint on the areas I wanted darker, and dry brushed some silver to show some areas of rub. I added a black wash on his silver leg. His original face had really small eye area, so I added some extra paint to make them feel larger. Adding the green goo he get splattered with was a last minute decision, but I felt like he needed it.
