Second in command of the Magnetic Men, Cobalt is the amalgamation of Marvel's Mastermind and DC's Gold. Little unsure of this one since Mister Mastermind is also a Mastermind amalgamation. Weird to have two in the same comic. But considering this is clearly based on Magneto's early Brotherhood, it kinda has to be Mastermind. So, I get where that guesswork is coming from.

Hands were from a BossFight mage. Head was from a BossFight male blank, lightly resculpt. sculpted the bracers, sleeves, and upper torso and collar. Full repaint, and all done!
