I took the body from a Moff Gideon figure and placed the 2013 Tmnt movie Shredder helm as his head I then used scraps of a lightsaber and made a laser spike gauntlet then took the shoulder pads and cape from the shredder I was using for the head. I then took the 2013 movie Donnie and used his belt with a bit of tweaking. I also used a second Donnie belt to make his stomach armor. I painted him then ink washed him painted some more and then dry brushed him and finally used a matte finish. I also used a Preadator staff for him to hold.
