This is Undertow, member of SURF! appearing first in an annual, which I read many years ago. Apparently he didn't appear much after that. Atlantis is generally quite forgotten in the Marvel universe. Made over a Wild Child figure. Having made Sharkskin, I only have to do the other one of the group to have made all 3.

Major deep cut. Yeah, Marvel doesn't really give attention to Atlantis. Just Namor. Great work! Looks awesome!
