Here is the Candyman! a character that made some brief appearances in the Flash, one of those mob-leaders which very rarely makes it to action figure form. The fun in here is his candy-shaped baton.

He was supposed to be very muscular, and wearing suit, the options were very limited. I saw Mr Fixit as a perfect base figure, and even if I had some difficulties finding it, I found one (albeit if he had two left legs, which wasn't supposed to when I bought it, and had to adjust that too!). Most complex was creating his candy stick.
