Another Flash villain, this time one with quite a few appearances in the DC Universe. An interesting detailed design, gives me vibes of a Thor enemy. I thought about using Hobgoblin but was a bit overpriced so used a Dr Strange with a jackal head, which was just perfect.

Did some inkings and added real chain and silver thread. I took some time to finish it looking for something stamped to do his armour, in the end a cooking mat was perfect. Most complex was getting right the inkings on the face, which is always tricky.

Reminds me of a amalgam between Malekith and Hobgoblin lol.
