Here is Paradox, not the Ben 10 character :) , but a one-issue villain of the Flash. Nevertheless he was a very cool character, time-manipulating villains have always been some of my favourites.

I used a Patriot toybiz with wolverine head and dr. strange arms, plus iceman hands. Did his staff out of molten plastic.
