I want to say this is likely my last Mugen character, but I doubt it. Very likely more will come up at some point. I've even had some color variants to M Bison brought to my attention. I've seen this one around a few times, done a few different ways, and of course, I couldn't work out who was the originator of it. But, it's also always such a simple design. I expected at least one variant to be like Cyber Akuma with the huge arm, but no. Just two metal arms instead. So, that's what I went with here.

Head was a cast from AvacsLab, I think, but most everyone has it available. Just resculpted the hair. Fists were from a BossFight Tarzan. Lower legs were from a random Joe, cut and extended a bit. Upper legs were Starlord. Sculpted the waist, belt, shirt, and dog tags. Full repaint, and all done!
