This is Cardiac, a famously known Marvel villain. Must have seen hundreds of customs of him, and rightly so, as he is one of the villains with coolest design, although strangely I have never read a issue with him on. I've considered many times to do him but never attempted it till now.

I chose a Havok as he is essentially perfect for the job, and after quite a bit of sculpting here it is. Used one of his effects for his staff as looked very proper I think.
