One of those that I've started a few years ago but it never materialized into anything until now. It's the most boring of Joker outfits so, sadly, I couldn't do a lot to it while also being fairly faithful. And yeah, I've used a Willem Dafoe head for him because of course he'd be the perfect Joker.
