This guy was tricky not because of his design, but his tattoos. We were trying to line them up with accessories to go alongside the piece. So, initially, there was a lot of careful selection based on what was available. Eventually, however, I just patterned him after one of his earlier looks, with a couple bonus tattoos, and we pulled together some accessories for him from there. That ended up working out well enough. Remember, don't overcomplicate things when you're trying to make something.

Head was from Steve Rogers. Sculpted the belt, bracelets, and the entire cape. Also resculpted the feet a bit. Full repaint, added some tedious tattoos, and all done!
