I always like revisiting Tempest. He's always been a bit of a favorite of mine. Hate he's never gotten a proper live action rendition. Even in Aquaman 2, I expected they would name the kid Garth. Just made sense. But, no. Not even that. I should go back and redo some of the old Aquaman designs, as well. Been a long time since I've made him at all, and he's one of my favorite DC characters. Hook hand Aquaman! Ooh, hook hand Tempest!

Head was a cast from AvacsLab. Hands were from a BossFight mage. From there, just a full, tedious repaint, and all done!
