She ended up being harder than I thought. Just trying to make the bare feet took a lot of trial and error. Otherwise it's just a dazzler with a storm head. Storm had some big hair, but not quite big enough, so I sculpted some more. Her black spiral things are wire and craft foam. I feel like I could have done better with her, but oh well. The guy who contracted these disappeared on me, so I guess it doesn't matter.
