This one feels a bit like cheating. I definitely touched up the paints on the figure, but the real custom aspect of this Electro is the inclusion of the Bio-Nexus Device. This apparatus is the motivation behind Electro's villainous motives in the PS1 classic. A device that amplifies the electrical energy within humans, Electro plans to harness its power to make him a god. A bit of Apoxy Sculpt and some wire made for a good base, and some paints finished the job. As for the result of the device plus Electro's power... well we'll see soon enough.
