General Dru-Zod was a member of the Kryptonian military, exiled to the Phantom Zone by Jor-El after attempting to conquer Krypton. When he escaped years later he targeted Superman and his adopted planet Earth. General Zod was created by Robert Bernstein and George Papp. Adventure Comics #283 was his first appearance.

I forgot this guy went through a lot of weird redesigns over the years. Took him ages to finally settle in on a decent look. Solid rendition! Looks great!
