This is my personal take on Sub-Zero. I had a concept in my mind of this version of him where he’s cultivated his ice powers to a higher power, and nearly taken over his human form.

Head / arms: marvel legends AOA iceman
Torso: snake eyes origin gi joe classified
Legs: gi joe classified storm shadow.
Armor (shoulder and shins) : sculpted with worbla
Ice shapes enhanced with procreate putty (forearms)
I like this build quite a lot. I think it still holds enough Sub-zero to be recognized, but is a completely unique take on the character. When I was shooting him, I just had to pose him with Slsa Subzero crossover! Hope you like him!
