Another deeply obscure DC villain. This one controlling plant life, so we had to give him a vine accessory. He was specifically a Sandman villain and a member of the Monster Society of Evil. So, he's a Golden Age deep cut. I believe he did make one brief appearance in a modern issue, but he's pretty much one of those lost to time. Still have a handful more coming up, as soon as I figure out how to make them.

Head was from a BossFight Elf with the beard strands sculpted on. Hands were from a BossFight Mage and lower legs were from Daredevil. Sculpted the lower legs, the feet, sleeves, skirt section, belt, entire torso, and the full cape and collar. Also sculpted up the vine accessory. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
