Origin story
He’s a descendant of Superman. His earth is more like the worlds of Hero Academia and One Punch Man.
His punch has taken battle damage since his Kryptonian blood isn’t as pure as Superman. His cybernetic arms have replaced his natural arms
Sol-EL possesses super strength, flight via energy manipulation, energy based powers (basic construct creation), bases Solar enhanced kryptonian powers. His cybernetic arms can detach and come with built-in weaponry.
