Quicksilver IS an Avenger and the twin brother of Scarlet Witch. He MIGHT be a mutant and the son of Magneto. Marvel don't seem to know anymore...
For some reason, they made a ML Quicksilver without hair wings! I had to fix that. As well, I added neck muscles, flesh paint on the neck, and a collar.
