This was simple and I think effective.
I mainly used the Quake body. Only the chest and hair belonged to the original Invisible Woman.
The head was GI JOE, classified Scarlett.
A little repainting applied to the hair, chest and face and that's it!

Nice work. I have a few extra Quake figs and would like to give this custom a try. What brand of blue paint did you use?

I used a Game Color black tone mixed with an acrylic nail paint (City Nails) royal blue. For the hair I used a straw color mixed with white.
