This one was a no brainer. Took the AOA Ice Man, took him apart, threw him into a pot of Rit Synthetic Red Dye, waited about an hour and boom, red Ice Man.
But since I was going for more of that classic Toy Biz gimmick Aqua Carnage from the Web Splasher line, I needed to get a symbiote head.
I have a mold of the ML Phage head, so I was able to mix up some resin with some red food coloring and then threw that into the red dye pot as well.
Boom, a little black and white around the eyes and I think it does a solid job.
He was sealed with Mod Podge Glossy finish.
I also wanted to show that it is very different from the Human Torch clear red plastic.
