I picked up this Lanars Alien Queen figure from Walmart on discount. Despite it's proportions being a bit goofy, it wasn't a bad figure outside of the lackluster paintjob.

Mostly a repaint, this wasn't a super difficult figure. The first thing I did was redo the blue coloring on the head, making it look more organic and pronounced. Then the whole figure was hit with blacks to give it both an organic and weathered look.

Finally, saliva was added to the mouth using hot glue.

Again, not a difficult figure, but fixing the paint really made it look better. Plus I like the idea of having a "hybrid" colored Xenomorph Queen instead of the traditional black only.
