I used the original Nappa figure as the base, but also used a full power Jiren torso and shoulders/upper arms. There was some creative problem solving needed to attach the different torso parts but I did it so that it used the original ball pegs, so it fits together perfectly without any problems. I modified/resculpted where necessary, sanded/prepped, and repainted everything.
