Swapped the head, cape and hands for an X-Men 97 Storm and used the tiara from a Thunderbird two pack Storm. Hair and cloud base are expanding cavity foam filler. Sculpted the shoulder details with Aves Apoxie Sculpt and swapped the feet for a Super Skrull wave Invisible Woman. Lightning bolts in the base are floral wire and hot glue sprayed blue and silver.
