Here is Nightshade, a prominent character in COPS n Crooks. She appeared often, varying his looks, but obviously never made into figure being a female character. I did this custom 3 years ago as a part of a set with many other COPS n Crooks unreleased or cartoon characters.

I had to use a Dr. Badvibes, as there isn't just no o-ring 5 inch female out there, so it was quite a job.
