Used a Gi Joe classified head the Bazooka dude then used a marvel legends Maggot body added a few accessories and bam wasn't intending on making this guy I saw the head and thought hmm maybe so I went with it and came up with this thought it would be cool

Thank goodness I had the foresight to get a few of these Gi Joe classified figures last Christmas season at Ross when they were only $6 originally wanted to make a Popeye with this head but I knew I couldn't pull it off then I thought holy smokes maybe a Mario would work thanks Draven
