This figure was based the live action Mario played by Lou Albano (a WWE superstar) from the Super Mario Bros Super Show. I used a Captain Lou Albano WWE legends action figure (I cut the limbs to be slightly shorter so he could be 1/12 scale). The hat came from a regular jakks Mario figure. For the outfit, I used the top half of 1/12 scale orange overalls from Amazon, which I painted to be red, and a shirt for 1/12 scale BUFF Adam
