Started with the shf sakura base figure naturally. After removing the skirt, shirt top, and neck scarf area, there were tons of holes to fill allover the figure, was a huge PITA. I also had to shave down and smooth the upper arms, because there were sculpted details from the arm sleeves, and also shave down and resculpt the sleeves to be less baggy, and more like a tshirt. I resculpted most of the crotch and all of the torso/neck. I sanded where necessary, painted and sealed the figure as always. I added a sculpted nametag/sign on the front of the torso along with a custom decal. Lastly, just added the bandages for her wraps were needed.
