It's been a long time since I made this guy so I had to look up his history all over again. A Superman type character created by Comic Republic. These guys typically have some sort of bonus power these days, so he can generate fire. I think he's still an active character at this point? It's a Nigerian based comic, so I'm not sure.

Head was from a BossFight male blank. Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Wonder Man. Sculpted the belt, lower leg bands, upper torso piece, and the entire cape. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
