This custom of "PHANTOM LADY", based on the DC Universe Classics series(becoming a big fan of these figure). Always liked this character especially the costume and was sad when she was killed off by Deathstroke along with the rest of the Freedom Fighters. I used a Harley Quinn as the base the rest from Dc Direct PH Lady. I just want to say I haven't done a custom in long time so I'm glad to be back and with more customs on the way!!
