I´ve been thinking thinking about doing this custom for months. This character appeared at #136 of Wizard magazine and it´s how it would supposed to be a version of Flash if DC would have his own Ultimate line of comics. I used Bullseye as base as I did it for my first Flash custom. Glasses are modified from a Madelman figure and I used electric cable for the lines over his body. Then painted it. Hope you enjoy it!!
