SILVER-AGE WONDER MAN

OK, I'll admit it; as a kid I thought Simon Williams was cool. I mean, who wouldn't? He started life as a villan, came back to life as a zombie and ended up an Avenger. Plus, he wore sunglasses and a red safari jacket! I mean, what's not cool about THAT?

This is Simon as he fist appeared/reappeared {AVENGERS #9, AVENGERS #151} I've always dug his original costume and it was calling out for a custom. He started life as Orion from the DCUC 2 pack w/ Lightray. Sculpted everything w/ Green Stuff, painted with Citadel colors. His head-vent isn't perfect and his ears are a mite too big but hey, the Silver Age was a weird and ugly place sometimes...
