Brock Rumlow, aka Crossbones, is Red Skull's premiere henchmen, which means he's a foe of Captain America as well. And he's done his job pretty efficiently, being involved in the assassination of Cap!
For this figure I started with the Omega Red body. The head and the holster are from Taskmaster. The boots are Wonder Man's, and the hands are Punisher's, as is the belt.
