This was pretty much another straight repaint. I think this is a great base figure for this custom. The tiger stripes were made using 1/8 inch Graphic Artists Tape.

I would use a "Captain america face off" or a "Black spider man" as a base for ultimate cyclops
1.Cap all you have to do is head swap,hand and feet swap some sculpt and paint!
2.Spider-manthe same as the Cap
I was gunna try this but wasn't gunna lemme know if it works!

The head is the one that comes with the figure. This figure was released before the new Wolverine movie as an exclussive at Wal Mart. I think this one came packaged with the Colosuss from X3 Hasbro put out a couple years ago.
I'm also going to start working on an Ultimate Cyclops... any ideas for a good base figure?
