Garek Muns trained as a mandalore under the tutaledge of Ether Zebb. From the world of kiffar, a force sensitive race, Muns had attuned his reflexes granting him a lightning fast qick draw. He put this talent to use in his teenage years hiring himself out as an assassin. His speed and skills with his Vultar-tech .66 cavalry blaster gained Muns mandalorian notice, and Zebb took him under his wing. Now versed in the ways of the mandalor the pair cut a name for themselves across the galaxy. They expanded ther enterprise and formed the Kryatt Dragons - guns for hire. Zebb found an infant after a firefight with some smugglers and raised the boy who would grow up to become Jost Marak. Zebb died in a fire fight some twenty years later and the leadership of the Dragons was immediatly offered to Muns. Muns turned it down, insisting he was a natural kller but not a leader. Instead offerng the place to Zebbs adopted son. Many moons later Jost Marak still leads the Kryatt Dragons. But Jost will always turn to his old friend Garek Muns whenever he needs advice, wisdom, or a fast gun.
