Modifications made to a Movie Iron Man figure:

-Drilled a hole through each shoulder and superglued a length of paperclip through each to secure/articulate the shoulder pads.
-Applied both black and brown/sepia ink washes to the figures armor to darken it and bring out detail.
-Swapped out the tiny girly-fingered hands for something more robotic: a pair of FrontMission robot hands, resculpted.
-Added hand armor on top of hands
-Repainted chest light
-Drilled peg holds in the foot-rockets
-Sealed the entire figure with Vallejo Matte finish varnish, and later particular sections with Citadel Glossy varnish.

This figure can now hold with his left hand any FrontMission robot accessory (gun, ax, etc.), but I left those out for my photos. Extraneous weaponry is more of Warmachine's thing. ;)
