I had been thinking about doing that myself with that base, mostly because I wanted to try it with the translucent green version. I've always wanted a RM fig and I've always wanted it to have that glowing effect as well.
Regardless, he's a character that's entirely fudgable on scale given artistic interpretation, so I dig seeing him with the additional mass.
