Micheal had it all: looks, smarts, and the girl of his dreams. Micheal and his girlfriend worked for an "unsual phenomenon" organization. They had tracked an unusual series of cases involving bite marks, that seemed like large bats, leaving their victims drained of blood. Accompanied by a local tibe of "sand people" their trail had lead them to a secret cave in the middle of the Sahara desert. At the entrance to the cave their guide stops and informs them that she shall go no farther. Micheal and his girlfriend venture on into the cave. Suddenly they hear growling up in a tunnel ahead. Micheal tells his girlfriend to stay back while he ventures on. The end of the tunel lead into a giant inner room. In the far corner there was something moving. Cautiously, Micheal moves closer too it. Micheal reaches down and touches the creature on the shoulder. It spins around and you can see that it is some half man, half bat creature. It grabs hold of Micheal and Bites his shoulder, sinking his teeth in as he begins to suck the lfe from Micheal and pump him full of the blood of the undead. Micheal being pinned to the ground, reaches and grabs a broken stalactite. Micheal smashes the stalactite on the head of the creature. The creature shreiks in pain. releases his grip on Micheal and flies out of the cave. Micheal staggers out of the cave and passes out where his girlfriend finds him and helps bring him back to the "sand people's" village. They bring them to the local healer. Who tells them that he has been granted the gift of the bat, but the curse of their hunger. Right then the sun sets, Micheal begins to sturr. He begins to grow claws and fangs. The healer does all she can to protect the rest of the villagers from Micheal's new thirst for blood. She takes metal wire, and carefully sows his mouth shut. When Micheal awakens, as a full vampire,he bacomes scared and confused and flees, He has to get away from everyone because of his need to feed and how can he let his girlfriend see him in this state? He vows to kill the monster that did this to him, so it would never hurt anyone ever again. Micheal travels t this day, through the desert, hunting down this creature...
