At last the mass murderer Vorath had been captureed. Wanted throughout the Demention for his crimes he was quickly tride and sentenced to banishmet in the Black void. There to spend all eternity as a formless mass of energy. As the magistrates began their spell sending Vorath to his fate they were unawhere that the deposed sorcerer Chyde had other plans. Calling upon all his remaining powers Chyde changed Vorath's path sending him to the planet Earth to be his servent. The mixtures of Magic along with an unforseen wave of energy caused the spells to go wrong. While Vorath was indeed sent to Earth he was sent far away from Chyde. Vorath's essence instead crashed into the toy store of a small town mall, Incasing itself in the form of a common talking toy teddy bear. Seizing this new lease on life Vorath renaming himself Billy after the form he now inhabited began a new wave of terror and death on his new planetary playground.

Billy is pure evil. Emotions such as love, mercy, and forgivness are alien to him. Though he will kill in any number of ways, Billy has conditioned his new body to become a weapon unto itself. He takes pride in gutting his victems with his claws considering it the perfect act of intimacy
