Kasper Cole is a police officer who has powers similar to the Black Panther. He has also joined The Crew, whose members include James "War Machine" Rhodes.
For the base figure, I used Black Panther (duh!). Making the eyes were trickier than they look! The jacket is from the movie Punisher, as are the weapons. The holster is from an unknown ML figure. The only non-ML parts are the shoulder straps, from a He-Man figure. Photos by Nara.
