Not sure what made me want to make him. I was always a fan of erik larsen when he drew Spiderman, and this character had such a weird look to him that I liked. Maybe it is the white lines that look like heart monitor lines. I don't see many of him made, so I decided to make one. Anyway, he is s redone Ml Bulleye with a staff from DCUC Deathstroke, should pads from Superpatriot, and various little containers from some sigma 6 toys on his arms and legs.
