Similar to my Maverick custom, and thanks to Wings for the idea on this one, I have had the old toy biz X-Cutioner figure in my closet forever, and never could think of a good base. So I used Wings idea of using LCBH Superpatriot, with some slight changes, but I think it captures the likeness of the character pretty well :). I added soem TMNT and Star Wars weapons to his back and the head piece comes from the classic toy biz toy.
