Even moreso than the Bebop, the base figure is just too slim for the character. The paintwork/quality is great, but Rocksteady and Bebop are both supposed to be pretty chunky dudes--I don't know if I'd go so far as to say a Hulk body would be better, but definitely something with more mass.
