Like many I was less than impressed with the Toy Biz version and decided I wanted one that would better represent Falcon in figure form. He's had many variations on the same outfit over the years. I went with the way Steve Epting drew him in the Winter Soldier storyline of the current Cap series. Like with Captain America, he was originally created to be part of a Marvel made out of DCUC Avengers line up but due to hard times I've had to put him and Cap on a certain auction site.

Base: DCUC Superman Red (modified and resculpted)
Head: DCUC Superman Blue (modified and resculpted)
Wings: Toybiz Falcon modified to fit in Superman Red arms.

Swapped out the Supes Red head for the Supes Blue head because I wanted a friendly Falcon face. Added ears that I'd sliced off of a previous custom, resculpted his hair to be an afro, sculpted his mask, goatee and the gold medallion on his forehead.
Sculpted the Gold arm band on his right forearm and added painters masking tape to his left arm, coated that with superglue. Filled in the hole in his back and resculpted that to try and blend in with the existing musicles.
Reworked the wings and dremelled his arms and forearms to be able to house them. Repainted him completely with Vallejo and Citadel paints, then added the wings and glued them in place. I went over the wings with Tamiya Clear Red and it actually gave them a nice translucent effect that, unfortunately the camera didn't pick up.
