X3 Pyro (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:1611
Name:X3 Pyro
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:VariablePenguin
Date Added:January 23, 2007
Base Figure:ML Antman
Height:5.75 inches
I started this project by printing out a bunch of screencaps I got from my DVD of the X3 movie. I first sculpted his hair after Dremeling off Antman's. Then I started with his pants and worked my way up. His boots are from a ML FO Jigsaw and the jacket is from X-Men Movie Toad with scuplted details. This figure took alot of work with all of the Dremeling and sculpting I had to do.

Frak! The guy that commissioned this from me backed out due to financial problems (probably bought too many $80 figures).

Yeah you'd think he would be warm enough and not need a hoody and a jacket.

Great job on replicating the clothes VP. I think trying to make a character in casual kind of street clothes like this would be a lot harder to do than costumes. Excellent!

Lol, it's just funny that a guy with pyrokinetic abilities wears a snow-boarder's suit

Turned out nice VP, The only thing...Antmans neck seems a bit thick. Maybe a Spiderman body would work?...Anyway it looks really good.
